3omolat (3omolat.com) is a trading cashback service. We are an introducing broker (IB) for the brokers listed on the site.

We are not a financial broker, we do not receive or manage your trading funds, and we do not provide investment advice or recommendations.

Brokers pay us a commission on every lot traded by clients who sign up through us. We pay most of that commission back to you and keep the rest.

The published cashback rates are what you receive. Rates differ between brokers based on our agreements with them, not on the quality of the broker.

Cashback is calculated monthly from the broker's official statement of lots traded on your linked, active accounts.

Cashback is held for 30 days from calculation to cover any broker adjustments or clawbacks, and then becomes available to withdraw.

The minimum withdrawal is $20. Payments are made only to a wallet or bank account in the trading account holder's name, and we may ask you to verify your identity before paying.

We may withhold or cancel any cashback linked to trading done mainly to generate commissions, multiple accounts held by the same person, hedging across different accounts or brokers, or any activity the broker rejects.

If a broker claws back the commission on any trade, the matching cashback is deducted from your balance.

Trading CFDs and forex on margin carries a high level of risk, and you may lose all your capital. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Cashback lowers your trading costs but does not offset losses or guarantee profit, and should never be a reason to trade more.

You are responsible for making sure that trading with your chosen broker is permitted where you live, and for any taxes due on your cashback.
